Everything that is lined up inside the pavilion during the Fair, such as booths, products, services available, commercial  conditions and so many other installations and actions,  has as a unique objective which is to meet the visitors’  needs, in other words, the visitors are the focus for all the exhibitors, therefore they have to be listened to.

At every edition, we carry out a research with over forty issues, amongst which: do they visit other trade fairs:  62% state that they only attend Exposec; 26.20% informed they visit other fairs, although they are unable to recall which ones; and 11.8% attend trade fairs of other sectors, namely automotive, civil engineering, music, hospitals and plastics.

We also asked the reason for their visit:  26.76% answered they wanted to get acquainted with the fair; 23.96% were interested in new technologies; 12.55% wanted to expand and exchange information; 11% were seeking for new suppliers, distributors, agents and clients; 8.50% wanted to buy products and services; 7.16% wanted to meet their current partners  and suppliers; 4.88% wanted to find out values to be able to forecast investments; and 4.46% wanted to examine partnership agreements.

We also inquired whether they found what they expected and 95.20% answered in the affirmative. Moreover, 97.20% of the visitors answered they were planning to visit the fair in 2010.
